1. Welcome to Candy Wonderland on Wheels

By booking with Candy Wonderland, you agree to these Terms of Service. You're securing a mobile candy truck experience at your venue—a magical walk-through adventure featuring themed candy rooms. We're committed to delivering premium confections, gourmet treats, and unforgettable memories for your guests.

2. Our Candy Wonderland on Wheels Experience

Candy Wonderland operates a premium mobile candy truck venue experience. We provide a walk-in, walk-through candy wonderland featuring four themed rooms: The Chocolate Garden, Lollipop Room, Gummy Paradise, and Gift Box Lounge. Each booking includes full truck setup with ADA-accessible ramp, professional staff, and a complete immersive experience. All candy products are premium, sourced from trusted suppliers, and refreshed for each venue booking.

3. Booking Your Venue Experience

When you book through our website or contact us, you're reserving Candy Wonderland on Wheels for a specific date, time, and location. Provide accurate venue details, parking information, and event specifications. You're responsible for ensuring your venue can accommodate our truck (flat, accessible parking space). We require adequate space for setup and guest access. A contact person must be available at the venue during the booked time.

4. Payment for Your Venue Booking

Pricing is based on hourly rates: Weekday ($150/hour), Weekend ($200/hour), and Extended Booking ($175/hour for 4+ hours). A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date and time. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and invoicing. Prices are clearly quoted before booking confirmation. Setup and breakdown fees may apply separately if requested.

5. Product Quality & Experience Standards

All candy products are premium quality, fresh, and authentic. We follow proper storage and handling procedures within our climate-controlled truck. We maintain a professional, family-friendly environment. Our staff ensures all 4 themed rooms are fully stocked and beautifully presented. We reserve the right to refuse service if a venue cannot accommodate our truck or if safety/accessibility cannot be assured.

6. Your Venue Responsibilities

You're responsible for providing a safe, accessible parking location with adequate space for our truck and guest access. Disclose any special requests, dietary restrictions, or venue limitations when booking. You must ensure a contact person is present during the entire booking period. You're responsible for informing guests about any allergies or dietary concerns. You must comply with all local permits and regulations for your venue.

7. Our Liability & Limitations

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking. We're not responsible for venue-specific issues, damage to your property, or cancellations due to severe weather, traffic, or road closures. We cannot guarantee against allergic reactions. We're not responsible for incidents occurring before our arrival or after our departure. Guests participate at their own risk in the candy wonderland experience.

We may update these terms occasionally. Your continued use of Candy Wonderland services indicates your acceptance of any changes. Check back regularly for updates to stay informed.

We use it to process your venue booking, coordinate logistics, send you event updates and confirmations, improve our service, and comply with legal requirements. We may share information with logistics partners only for booking fulfillment. We never sell your personal information. We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your personal and payment information. Your data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized team members. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - Your Magic Matters

1. Free Cancellations with Notice

Cancel your booking up to 30 days before your event date for a full refund of your deposit. No questions asked! We understand plans change, and we want you to have peace of mind when booking.

2. Cancellations with Reduced Refund

Cancel between 15-30 days before your event: 50% refund of deposit. Cancel between 7-14 days before your event: 25% refund of deposit. We understand emergencies happen! Contact us immediately if you have an urgent situation, and we'll discuss options.

3. Late Cancellations

Cancellations within 7 days of your event: No refund. At this point, we've committed resources and may have declined other bookings. If you must cancel, contact us immediately—we may be able to reschedule you to another date instead.

4. Reschedule Your Booking

Reschedule your booking for free up to 30 days before your event. Rescheduling between 15-30 days: small scheduling fee may apply depending on availability. Rescheduling within 14 days: contact us to discuss options. Our team will work with you to find a date that works perfectly for your event!

5. Cancellation Due to Venue Issues

If we determine your venue cannot accommodate our truck (unsafe parking, inadequate access, permit issues), we'll offer a full refund or reschedule to a suitable date. We're committed to making your experience work!

6. Weather & Force Majeure

In case of severe weather, natural disaster, or emergency (force majeure events), we may cancel with a full refund or reschedule your event at no additional cost. Your safety is our priority. We'll communicate any changes as soon as possible.

Service Agreement & Event Standards

1. Service Quality Standards

All bookings are performed to premium standards with professional equipment and climate-controlled truck. Candy Wonderland on Wheels is family-friendly and suitable for all ages. We maintain professional, courteous conduct throughout your event.

2. Experience Guarantee

Your event should be magical and memorable. If we fail to meet agreed-upon specifications, we'll make it right. Contact us within 24 hours of your event with any concerns, and we'll provide solutions.

3. Professional Standards

Our team is background-checked, professionally trained, and uniformed. We respect your venue, guests, and privacy. We arrive on time and ready to create magic. We follow your event specifications and special requests.

4. Communication

You'll receive booking confirmation via email. One week before your event, we'll confirm arrival time and final details. You'll get a courtesy call/text 1 hour before arrival. Direct communication with your event coordinator available throughout.

5. Setup & Operations

We arrive 15-30 minutes early for setup. Setup typically takes 20-30 minutes. We operate during your booked hours with all 4 themed rooms fully staffed and stocked. Breakdown takes approximately 15-20 minutes after your event ends.

6. Complaint Resolution

Report concerns immediately during your event. We'll address issues in real-time if possible. Contact us within 24 hours after your event with any concerns. We'll investigate and provide solutions. Escalation to management available if needed.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation between parties. Contact us directly with details. We aim to resolve all issues within 7 business days. If unresolved, binding arbitration may be initiated per Virginia state law.
